Training Year in Cycles

If you are a jumper and you want to have a successful season next spring, you need to realize that your training year should consist of four cycles:

1. Preparation;

2. Speed & Strength;

3. Technical;

4. Competition.

Each cycle requires a different type and duration of training.

Usually, the preparation cycle for jumpers begins in the fall. Often young athletes neglect these training recommendations and end up getting injured before the competition season starts.

Training under proper supervision will help you to avoid injuries and will get you in your best shape for the competition cycle.

My fall Training Sessions start October 1st. Sign up now so you achieve your desired goals in the spring!
